The Esan North-East Local Government Council on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, successfully observed its monthly general environmental sanitation exercise across Uromi and Uzea, in a renewed drive to ensure public health, cleanliness and community safety. The Executive Chairman of Esan North-East Local Government Area, Hon. Amb. Prince Saturday Iyoha, personally led the comprehensive monitoring and enforcement tour across major sectors of the Local Government. He was accompanied by the Head of Department for Environment, Mrs. Tina Ighedosa, and heads of other administrative departments. The joint inspection was aimed at ensuring that the Uromi-Uzea metropolis remains clean, safe and secure for residents and visitors.
