Dr. Raphael Oseghale, a United Kingdom (UK) based academian in Ward 5, Esan South East local government, sent a congratulatory message to the newly elected chairman of Esan South East local government council - Hon. Louis Imhandegbelo, the vice chairman, Hon. Susan Itekpen and all elected councillors.
 
In his words: Dr. Raphael admonished the newly elected chairman to leverage his business experience to initiate and implement policies to drive development among his people, particularly the youth, women and older people. He encouraged the people to engage the government (local) productively to benefit from government projects.

Raphael also extolled the excellent leadership qualities of the State chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) - Dr Tony Aziegbemi, for working tirelessly with party members to bring this victory.
