Emu Youth President Celebrates With AMB. EZEKIEL ISIDAHOMEN Ph.D, (JP), On The Graduation Ceremony, A Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership.
He worked as a Sales man with Nigerian Tobacco Company Benin Marketing Division 1977-1980, he resigned, and proceeded to College of Education Abraka in Delta State and obtained his Nigeria Certificate in Education in 1983. He did his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) - Borno State 1984.Due to his quest for further knowledge he proceeded to the prestigious Premier University, University of Ibadan 1986-1989 and obtained Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed) in Guidance and Counseling and Master of Science Degree (M.sc) 1989-1991 in Industrial & Organizational Psychology respectively. In the year 2020, he enrolled for the Doctorate Degree programme with Northwestern Christian University, Florida, United State of America (USA) and graduated in 2023 with Distinction, and a G.P.A of (3.7) and was awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Organizational Leadership.
He was a Research assistant in a research project funded by Internationals Development Research Centre (IRC), Ottawa Canada, 1985. Between 1993 – 1995, he joined the services of Edo State Teaching Service Board and was deployed to Iyekogba Grammar School (Ebo) Benin City, Edo State as School Guidance Counsellor.Between 2000 – 2001, he taught as a Part-Time Lecturer with, The Polytechnic Ibadan, Lagos State Study Centre, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Lagos State Study Centre, Ondo State Polytechnic and Lagos Study Centre.With his background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from 2001 till date he made his foray into the private security industry sector and now has over two decades of experience in security operations and Management.He worked few years with Trans-World Security limited as Head of Training and Acting Registrar, School of Security and Management Studies a subsidiary of Trans-World Security Limited. He then move to International Masters Security Systems Limited as Head of Operations (HOP) from 2003 – 2004.
He joined Adaptive Guard Limited (Security and Safety Service) as General Manager from 2005 – 2006.He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Queess Guard Security Systems Limited from 2006 – 2010. Within the same period, Amb. Dr. Ezekiel was also the President/Programme Director of an affiliation Agreement between Queess Schools of Security and Management Studies, Warnborough College Ireland, United Kingdom and West Coast University, Panama, Central America. In 2010, he established a security outfit known as Thems Security Systems Limited in Lagos, where he sits on the company’s board as the Founding Managing Director/Chief Executives Officer till date.Under his able and astute leadership, Thems Security Systems Limited has bagged several awards, including, Best Security Awards by Data-Point ICT Institute Lagos- 2010, Security Management Leadership Executives Prize of the years 2019 by African Institute for Leadership Excellence.
Amb. Dr. Ezekiel is a Colossus and highly esteemed figure in the Private Security Industry in Nigeria. With a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and as a pioneer and entrepreneur in the Private Security Industry, he has made significant contributions in the Private Security Sector particularly in the areas of training and development.
Amb. Dr. Ezekiel Isidahomen with his doctorate degree, specializing in Organizational Leadership specialization has equipped him with a profound understanding of industrial relations and human resource management, people management, criminal behavior and an expert eye in spotting potential corporate governance and board room security threats. Through his professional endeavors, he has consistently exhibited exceptional analytical skills and an aptitude for recognizing emerging patterns, enhancing his ability to effectively combat crime in Nigeria and beyond.
His passion to help others is exemplary. He believed in sharing knowledge to serve others and gave his time to the media which helped solidified his reputation as a security expert. He served in various capacities, including as a special advisor on security matters, providing valuable guidance to both government and private organizations. Moreover, Amb. Dr. Ezekiel's expertise is sought after internationally, leading him to engage in security consultancy projects with foreign agencies, organizations and the media houses in Sub - Sahara Africa.One of the most notable aspects of Amb. Ezekiel’s work is his emphasis on the importance of intelligence-driven security operations.
He advocated for proactive rather than reactive measures, urging security agencies to adopt a comprehensive approach that combined intelligence gathering, analysis, and implementation.
