Emu Youths And Well-Wishers Celebrates With Hon. Anthony Oteh As Board Member, Edo City Transport Services -Vow to Introduce New Innovations in Transportation Services


The sons and daughters of Emu Kingdom recently joined politicians, stakeholders, and dignitaries from across Edo State and beyond to celebrate the official swearing-in of their son, Hon. Anthony Oteh, as a member of the Board of Management of Edo City Transport Services (ECTS).
Following the swearing-in ceremony at the Government House, Emu youths and well-wishers warmly received Hon. Oteh and celebrated with him in high spirits, expressing pride in his well-deserved appointment.
In his remarks, Hon. Oteh vowed to work closely with the ECTS Chairman to drive innovation and development in Edo State’s transportation sector. He pledged to use his new role to positively impact the lives of citizens, particularly in the Emu community.
Supporters from Emu Kingdom extended their heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency Senator Monday Okpebholo, for appointing one of their own. They also prayed for divine wisdom and guidance for the Governor and his cabinet as they continue to fulfill their mandate to the people of Edo State.
During the inauguration ceremony held at the Festival Hub in Government House, the Chairman of ECTS, Chief Robert Okoinemen popularly known as “Oduma of Africa”commended Hon. Oteh for his loyalty, integrity, and dedication to community development. He described Hon. Oteh as a peacemaker, a strategist, and a committed promoter of grassroots engagement.
Hon. Oteh, visibly humbled by the Chairman’s remarks, expressed gratitude to Chief Okoinemen for the recognition, especially as it was their first official meeting. He reaffirmed his commitment to the progress and development of Edo State and pledged to serve with dedication and loyalty.
At a separate reception, Amb. (Dr.) Lucky Ebanehita-Inegbenehi, Managing Director of the Edo State Waste Management Board, welcomed the Governor during the official commissioning of bulldozers and trucks aimed at improving sanitation and cleanliness in Edo State.
In a significant moment of unity, the Onojie of Uzea Kingdom, His Royal Highness Solomon A Itoya II., Chief Robert Okoinemen (ECTS Chairman), and Hon. Anthony Oteh introduced Dr. Lucky Ebanehita-Inegbenehi to key stakeholders at the Sophia's lodge in Benin City. 
Hon. Oteh praised Dr. Ebanehita Inegbenehi for making the Emu Kingdom proud by bringing all political affiliation together and expressed his readiness to collaborate with him in attracting meaningful development to both Edo State and the Emu community in Esan South East Local Government Area.
In conclusion, Hon. Anthony Oteh thanked the people of Emu Kingdom and his supporters for celebrating his appointment. He expressed deep appreciation to Governor Monday Okpebholo and the political leadership of the state for recognizing his capacity to serve. He reaffirmed his dedication to working for the benefit of all Edo people.
