On behalf of the entire members of Staff of Igueben Local Government Council , Edo State, I, Mr.Julian O. Igeleke, the Acting Chairman/HOLGA, felicitate with the Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Mr Godwin Obaseki and the good People of Edo State and Nigerian at large on this special memorable occasion of the 61first independence anniversary of the Nation, Nigeria.
Today, I am most happy and grateful to God as every well meaning Nigerian person should not be seen as a weakness, but as our strength.
It's only by working together, that we can build a resilience great and glorious Nation.

We hope and pray that all the things that binds us as one great and indivisible  people will continue to prevail throughout the life of our great Country, Nigeria.

May this 61st Independence anniversary bring more peace and blessings to transform  our  great Nation, Nigeria.

It was a day of celebration and pride for the Emu Youth Development Association (EYDA) worldwide as the Onojie of Emu Kingdom, His Royal Highness Promise Aidenojie Imhansemhojie, praised the exceptional leadership and accomplishments of Comrade Kingsley Okoirhon, who recently concluded his first tenure as the National President of the association on July 24, 2025. Since the establishment of EYDA in 2001, Comrade Okoirhon has made a remarkable impact on the growth and development of the association. The sons and daughters of Emu Kingdom recently joined politicians, stakeholders, and dignitaries from across Edo State and beyond to celebrate the official swearing-in of their son, Hon. Anthony Oteh, as a member of the Board of Management of Edo City Transport Services (ECTS). Following the swearing-in ceremony at the Government House, Emu youths and well-wishers warmly received Hon. Oteh and celebrated with him in high spirits, expressing pride in his well-deserved appointment. In his remarks, Hon.
