Hon. MacPherson Displays Solidarity Movement to Welcome Governor Fubara

Port Harcourt City, Nigeria – September 19, 2025

In a warm display of solidarity and loyalty, Hon MacPherson Olimin has extended heartfelt gratitude to the supporters gathered at the Port Harcourt International Airport to welcome Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, following the six months suspension of emergency.

To celebrate with His Excellency,  Executive Governor of River State, that has been widely celebrated as a strategic step toward repositioning the sustainable growth of development across the State.

Hon. MacPherson Olimin, the immediate past Councillor in Rivers State, described governor Fubara as a “consummate scholar, seasoned administrator, and visionary leader,” stressing that his returns to service is not only meritorious but also a testament of his unwavering commitment to the good people advancement of Rivers State.

He further expressed optimism that under Fubara's leadership, the government and the entire people of Rivers State will experience renewed focus on good governance and partnership-building that align with Rivers State’s broader vision for human capital development in Nigeria.
