To provide effective leadership that promotes sustainable development, empowers market women, supports youth employment initiatives, and advances mechanized farming across all wards thereby improving the overall quality of life for every resident of Igueben.

* Expand access to clean water and improved sanitation systems.

3. Education and Healthcare
* Ensure access to quality education for children and youth, with a focus on skill acquisition and empowerment.
* Strengthen primary healthcare systems, prioritizing vulnerable populations such as women, children, and the elderly.
